The Antoni van Leeuwenhoek hospital strives for the best treatment for patients with cancer through close collaboration between research institute and hospital. The AVL Academy also wants the best collaboration between departments and colleagues. Therefore they have asked Els4Organising to make a handbook on how to organize internal and external conferences / meetings. Then a follow-up assignment was created to temporarily take over the tasks of the symposium coordinator. Since I was too busy myself, later in the process, there was a nice cooperation with another event professional. This way you can still serve the customer together. Of course it is important to remain closely involved in the project, so that some things can also be taken over by myself. You should not see another event professional as a competitor, you can only reinforce each other and you are not too vulnerable as a freelancer.
