Copenhagen, the city of the EAU18

The 2018 Annual EAU Congress (EAU18) is coming to Copenhagen, Denmark for its 33rd Edition. The Annual Congress is the European Association of Urology’s biggest and most important scientific meeting, attracting around 15,000 urology specialists to major European cities every year.

EAU18 will offer participants a five-day, cutting-edge scientific programme with opportunities for training, networking and visiting the expansive exhibition, where companies will present their latest technological and pharmaceutical breakthroughs.

You can imagine that with organizing such a big congress there will be a lot of work. Els4Organising may take part in the organizing of this congress. Therefor I was on a previsit with the Congress Consultants team in October in Bella Center Copenhagen. A beautiful location with big spaces, meeting rooms, press center, offices and hotel rooms. So everything on one location.
We had a full programme with a guided tour and appointments with suppliers.
A nice challenge for Els4Organising to be part of this project.
