Filmpremière en Congres Mijn Hoofd in Eigen Hand – 14 januari 2016

Ger, My Head In Your Own Hand ‘is the follow-up movie on My Head In Your Hands, in which the main character Ger, ex-teacher of nursing as a critical Alzheimer patient was followed. The premiere will again be presented with a conference at the EYE Film Institute in Amsterdam. The conference ‘Who takes control of dementia?’ Is dedicated to a year of WMO, the municipalities and the new innovations around Alzheimer’s.

Ger his challenge is to be useful for society, but also dealing with his environment, sexuality and managing his financial situation and personal wishes regarding the disease play an important role. What do you arrange at the notary, with your family, with your care provider and especially with yourself?

Els4Organising took care of the logistical organization around the first event in 2014 in EYE and received great and was sold out five months before the event. The event on 14 January 2016 will be filled in by Mayor Eberhard van der Laan, Prof. dr. Erik Scherder, Jan Slagter and Adelheid Roosen, but there are many more great people! Once again Els4Organising takes care of the logistical organization of this wonderful event.
